Andy has over 15 years’ experience working in senior management, operational and leadership roles in the offshore Financial Services industry and within HM Forces, across the areas of strategic planning, programme and project management, process improvement and delivering Business and technology-enabled change. Andy also is experienced in Corporate Development, Business Integration / Separation planning and execution and the full lifecyle of the M&A deal process; having helped lead the M&A function for a FTSE250 listed Business.
